13. Builder applying for construction certificate, Nov, 2009
14. Received construction certificate, Dec 20th, 2009
15. Trees cut and removed, Jan, 2010
16. Water connected, Feb 1st, 2010, but found issues of power cable location within easement. Electrician will need to do more work!
17. Colour appointment booked on Feb 9th, 2010
18. The list goes on and on.. Site Start - March 9th, 2010
19. Excavation done - March 23th, 2010
20. Extra excavation - April 15th, 2010
21. Piers in - April 16th, 2010
22. Pipes laid - April 20th, 2010
23. Concrete poured - May 12th, 2010
24. Received first Invoice - May 21st, 2010
25. Frame delivered - May 24th, 2010
26. Frame finished - May 28th, 2010
27. Retaining walls phase 1 started - May 31st, 2010
28. Roof Trusses and Windows - June 8th, 2010
29. Retaining walls phase 1 finished - June 12, 2010
30. Bricks started - June 28, 2010 - changed after garage - new brickies started last week of July
31. Roof tiles finished July 21 but missing garage sarking - garage re-tiled with sarking and finished August 9th

33. Network cables laid - September 8, 2020
